Police in Texas were shocked to find out that reports of an alligator were not accurate because the alligator was actually just a remote controlled alligator head in the water. The New Braunfels Police Department said, "A remote-controlled alligator head was used to create photos and videos that you may have seen on Facebook and other social media sites." They department went on to say that this seemed to be an "unintentional hoax ... but still may have caused some alarm." (UPI)
