Man Accused Of Hitting Friend Over Bruno Mars Song

Roger Washburn, 71, has been charged after he allegedly pistol-whipped his good friend while they were arguing over a Bruno Mars song. The victim told authorities he and Washburn were arguing over who sang the song that was playing. The victim said he knew it was sung by Bruno Mars but that Washburn was insisting it wasn't before he pulled out a .38-caliber handgun. The victim reportedly called Washburn a "chickensh*t" before Washburn smacked him with his gun. The weapon went off twice as Washburn swung it around. Police weren't called until hours later because, as it was reported, the victim was shocked his friend of 50 years would treat him in such a way. Washburn was charged with battery with injury and criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. (NY Post)
