Caterer Comes To The Rescue At Ohio Wedding

A caterer saved the day at a wedding after the officient broke her ankle after a fall the night before the ceremony at the rehearsal dinner. The bride and groom were panicked but things settled once the catering crew from The City Barbecue arrived. The bride asked the truck driver to wait in case the officient needed to go to the hospital and the conversation was overheard by the caterin manager, Manny Morales. Morales said, "I could see that she was really upset when we were talking. I was thinking in the back of my head, I can do this. I'm an officiant." The bride, Kelsey admitted, "I thought he was kidding." But Morales showed up the next day at 4 P.M. and married Kelsey to her fiance, Andy Schneck. Kelsey said, "I mean, he saved our big day. I mean, I would describe him as almost the hero of the wedding, because without him, I don't know what the outcome would've been. He saved out day in every way possible." (UPI
