Would you ever consider using a pumpkin as a boat? The York Maze in England hauled a 1,364-pound carved gourd to the River Ouse on yesterday morning (October 29th) where it was used as a boat and paddled between the Ouse Bridge and the Skeldergate Bridge. The pumpkin boat was hoisted back out of the water and returned to York Maze, where it will be on display until the end of the attraction's Halloween festival November 4th. (UPI)
