If you can't get cash, fried chicken seems like a good alternative. New Orleans police say a man entered a Popeyes there Monday morning (February 4th) and tried to steal money  from the register. When he failed to open the register  he grabbed some fried chicken and ran out. Police caught up with and arrested 27-year-old Phillip Lee a short time later. He's been charged with simple robbery and simple battery.
