Good news for those who find it hard to get a little shut-eye. Researchers at the University of Texas have come up with a mattress and pillow system that helps people fall asleep. It warms the body in certain areas and cools it in others, with either water or air. The neck, which they say is an "important bodily thermostat," is targeted by the pillow. Together, they say it will trigger a sleepy feeling by manipulating the body temperature. The study helped people fall asleep about 58-percent faster.
