It looks like a Houston taqueria won't end up in court for smelling too good after all. Residents of some new townhomes near Laredo Taqueria reportedly threatened to sue the restaurant because its smoke was entering the windows and making the furniture smell like fajitas. The taqueria's attorney pointed out that the restaurant has been there since 1984, and nobody forced the residents to move in next door. The lawsuit hasn't materialized, and the threats have reportedly stopped.
