The Jefferson County grand jury has indicted a man for injury to a child. 23-year old Bryce
Lawrence Caesar is accused of vigorously shaking 11-month old Kaoir Stevens at a Beaumont
apartment complex in December of last year. The child later died. She was the daughter of
Caesar’s girlfriend.
