The driver of a car that hit the back of a Hardin-Jefferson school bus is facing multiple charges.
It happened yesterday afternoon on Highway 90 at Rice Field Road. The bus was stopped with
its red flashing lights activated when the car hit the bus. 33-year old Ray Herrera is facing
charges of failure to control speed, using an wireless communications device, and driving with
an invalid license. The driver of the bus and 11 students were not hurt.
