I wonder if I had threatened to blow up the White House and then retracted the statement, would I still be here writing this? Could a prison term be a possibility? I don’t care to take my chances. I know Madonna is smart and she is a superstar or is it Stuperstar? Her comments over the weekend are disturbing, to say the least. I guess I have seen Ashley Judd in a movie or two. I really don’t recall. She isn’t a stunner like a Meryl Streep, Liz Taylor or a more desirable type, like her sister or mom. Oh, I know.  She has the right to say what she wants, though some of it is in very poor taste.  I wonder how many of the participants at Saturdays gatherings had ever considered some of the things Bill Clinton (also a president) did were as bad or worse than Donald Trump had been accused of. I didn’t see a  people march on the nation’s capitol when he boldly lied in front of millions of OTHER Americans saying he “did not have sex with that woman”. I wonder if they noticed that his wife wouldn’t hold his hand but for a second as they entered the inauguration? Maybe she knows something they do not. Maybe their disenchantment with not being recognized as “deserving women” started on November 9th. Surely it did not happen during the last eight years. At least the restaurants and hotels profited from their brief stay.
