Yeah, I wish there were no bumps in the road. I’m not concerned about how many people showed up at each inaugural. I am a little concerned about our situation with the Chinese. I really am not all that hip on extracting oil from Iraq but I am sold on American jobs, American oil, American steel and the direction it seems that we seem to be pointed at. I don’t know if there has ever been a perfect president. Obama’s dismissal of so many things that we hold sacred, Bush 43’s actions which led to all out war, Clinton’s (what’s next) and Reagan’s deteriorating mind in the last years. LBJ and Nixon all had their faults and I don’t see the day of perfection anywhere in the immediate future. The best thing we can do is hang on, just like when you rode the roller coaster. When it stopped, you might have been a little dizzy but both feet were on the ground. Amen.
