In a way, I am glad I was born when I was. I had a chance to appreciate some of the wonderful things our world has produced. Equality among mankind, putting a person on the moon, having the internet and a phone I can carry in my watch pocket. The fact I can fly from here to New York in 3 hours and microwave a snack in 35 seconds. I am still free to go to church when I want and where I want. I drive farther on a tank of gas than ever before. I can watch sports on color television or tape it so if I want to go out and eat Italian, it will be there when I come home. I get to vote for whom I want. I’m not really that stupid, nor that smart but I have managed to put a lot of miles on this body. I’m not a millionaire and really don’t care about being one. I try to mind my own business. Because of my age, I guess it’s all right not to gripe every morning or night. For that reason, I don’t. Life is good. Have a nice day.
