So here is the dilemma. Do you help and if you do, does that means sending troops? I am speaking of Syria and Trump and the UN and the world and you know what all. Like many of us thinking inwardly, we want to help but don’t want to get our hands dirty. We want to help Syria. We do not want people gassed. But how do you stop a tyrant? Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Attila the Hun? You fight. We are sick of fighting. 2003 told us and taught us that. Obama drew a line in the sand and didn’t follow through. Maybe he had the best idea. What Donald Trump does can drive us into the ditch or make us a hero, albeit spending lots of money and losing lots of men and women. What’s the alternative? Don’t know. And I don’t think anyone else does either.
