There is a right and wrong way. The wrong way leads to trouble. More than likely United Airlines did it the wrong way. The public’s sympathy never lies with the big guy. It lies with John Q. Public. Whoever the Chinese doctor is matters little. What does matter is he is going to be a rich man and United will suffer another black eye. Big guys don’t win in the eyes of the public. But the guy who says he will “never fly that airline” again is lying. People still buy Tylenol and spinach and dog food and Ponzi schemes. People say they don’t forgive but they do. Life will go on. The lesson to be learned here is probably “Do as you're told”. Wanna bet if I’m right or not?
