Amidst all of the bunnies and jelly beans and egg hunts, many of us will find a minute or two to celebrate quietly the meaning of this date. Our friends in the Jewish community are acknowledging Passover and those of us in the Christian faith are well aware of the importance of that 40-hour span from the time of death until the resurrection. Christ is a central figure in many of our lives and it is often that we do not find him until late in life. If you are not a normal church attendee but plan on being there this Sunday, try and listen to the message. It could be a life changer. Your beliefs might be recharged with a simple briefing about something many of us believe to be one of the most important and significant events in the history of mankind. Have a great Easter.
