No surprise to me. People are sick of the widow complaining about the presidents call. Most gold star moms were very complimentary about the call from Donald Trump. They are tired of hearing about it. There is an op-ed piece in one of today’s tabloids in which a woman scolds the prez for his call. A card would have been better, she explains. Then I read the footnote. She is not a mom of a deceased hero. So she should know, right? Those are the people I am sick of. The ones with no connection to a situation but they have the solution. Kind of like some of our politicians. Clueless? Yes. Stupid? Maybe. In office? Yeah! Unfortunately.
