You and I know that there is a new survey out every day. Coffee good, coffee bad, coffee good….ok, you get my drift. a closer look at surveys of wine, chocolate, coffee and women tell us more than we want to know. Case in point. I was a little surprised to hear the most dangerous piece of equipment in gyms are TREADMILLS. YES, dreaded treadmills. They spill, they fracture, they cause bleeding in various body parts. Then I looked at who conducted the survey. Elliptical/Reviews conducted the survey. If you go to the gym as I do, you would note Treadmills biggest competitor is …..you guessed it, the Elliptical machines. Wow. And how about that. who would have thought that….yes, we know why Treadmills are bad. They compete with the big “E”. So remember. Tread lightly wherever you go….and walk softly but carry a big stick.
