Amazon is truly amazing. In a relatively short span, they have come from nothing to everything. Amazon prime members get lots of perks for a little over a dollar a month. They can buy online. Now they can shop for groceries. They are King and Queen for shoppers, especially around the holidays. They own business. They deliver to your business, home or car. They will soon offer health insurance. They are slowly, (not too slowly) grinding up malls and strip malls. Brick and mortar stores tumble daily and quake at the sound of the “A” word. Pretty soon malls and mom and pop shops will disappear. Well, we asked for it. We got it. Fewer stores mean fewer jobs and the eateries that surround the malls will fall. We will shop from the comfort of our home. Sadly, the B&M stores haven’t done too much about it. People, fearful of car theft and confusion at large facilities are opting to do it from the house or their business. Sad, but true and like the buggy whip and the Hula hoop they are going away, rapidly.
