I spent the weekend trying to figure out why cellular phone companies have no interest in helping you unless you are buying a new phone. You walk in and eon’s later when someone finally looks at you. They hold their laptop up like a bruised lamb chop, and immediately ignore anything you say. “Hi, can I help you”? “Yes, I’m having a problem keeping my phone charged”. “Well, you know you are eligible for an upgrade”. I did not want an upgrade. I wanted to place the phone in an undisclosed location. But I digress. I spent 20 minutes without a logical answer. I finally left in frustration without my question being answered (and without an upgrade) to go home and brood. Service?? Don’t even ask me.
