I guess we could all go to jail for “teenage groping” and I’m sure the statute of limitations is endless. When you can’t really remember where, or when and who you came to the party who and who you left with and if you were maybe drinking yourself (maybe not) it’s a tough case to prove. Unfortunately, in our “new society”, all bets are off. If she accuses you are guilty till proven innocent.  Wow. That’s a tough act to prove and to follow for that matter. I cut no slack to bad people but when one cannot answer the question of what is bad, we better stop and take a deep breath. To anyone who has ever stolen a kiss, or attempted to……BEWARE.  And I am not kidding.  I have the deepest respect for womanhood. I came from one at birth. I thanks to lots of help, fathered three children. I hired the first female newscaster in Beaumont radio. I don’t wear that as a badge of honor. I hired her because she was good. She was so good she left and went to Dallas to work at the Texas State Network. I am proud of her accomplishments. I hope that is still looked at with honesty.
