The movie entitled “Mr. Smith goes to Washington” described a nation that wanted less of a politician and more of the people. They have it and they DON’T LIKE IT. THEY HATE IT. the booing and hissing and smirking on Monday exemplifies what we really do not want. A portion ( a goodly amount of the populace) love it. The politicians hate it. “He’s not one of us. There’s no Pelosi-ism or Schumer-ism, there’s no crony-ism. Donald Trump rides alone. With it’s a prayer meeting such as today’s or state of the union message, it’s met with laughter, jeering and the puke of a media that doesn’t like being told to stand in a corner. We have another year to decide on Mr. Smith, or Mr. or Mrs. Greed. The choice is ours. Are we brave enough to put on our clothes by ourselves or do we need help. After all, we’ve been DRESSED down for daring to confront the status quo and that includes members of the President’s own party. Time to put up or shut up. Can we wear an American hat or not? Put a sign in our yard? Argue the facts? Clock’s ticking.
