Wow!! The FBI just uncovered a scheme to get rich folks kids into college with fake scholarships and other people taking the ACT’s for them. You can’t fool those FBI guys. They’re on the job. GIVE ME A BREAK!!! Are you kidding? We didn’t know that? it’s never happened before? Yes. Of course. There is also a real Easter bunny, a tooth fairy and Leprechauns on every street corner. What the hell is going on? Do we really have our nose in an unidentified part of our body? Well, come to papa. Here we go. Hailed as heros, these comeuppances are all in the part of an 8 hour day. Rich kids go to rich schools. Do we agree on that? Good. My granddaughter Megan is a very talented musician. She got a partial scholarship to a prominent mid western university. She and her folks had to pay for the rest. My grandson is really sharp and smart. He’s an Aggie. How did he get there? By paying a lot of money. Are his folks rich? Nope. He earned and PAID his way. Academic’s count. So does cash. I rest my case.
