I managed to sleep through the Golden Globes. I am, indeed, the lucky one. Other great shows I have luckily managed to forego include the mystery singer ( I think this is the one where all of the guest hosts pretend not to know who it is) featuring writers who are stupid enough to believe we believe them. High on my list are the professional half time folks who are bent on telling us what we didn’t really see in the first half. (my faves.) Commercials about women who missed their period. (I can already guess where that one’s going) and info commercials where long legged women ask the owner of the company if the sky is falling, while cautioning we all need vinyl siding.
