With my limited education, it's hard to follow the bouncing ball. Bouncing ball refers to a song that appeared on old time movie screens when there was a song being sung. A white ball traveled the screen telling you when to pause and when to sing. We're sort of doing that nowadays as we watch our ship with all of our worldly goods, slowly sink beneath the waters of survival. Your career may have started like mine. My folks told me I was on my own because there was a limited amount of cash to keep them afloat. They were depression area kids and knew if you didn't pay the rent or the grocery bill, you were out on the street. There was no government help because they too were broke. No food, no roof and no one to care for you. It really was that way. I often heard them talk about the "poor house" and it scared the hell out of me. During my life I have had several close escapes from the poor house. The thought of it terrified me. Our leaders who don't seem to worry . In the past three years we have given away stimulus checks to everyone, rich or poor. Of course you got one and naturally you spent it on something. When someone gives you a candy bar, you eat it. IT'S GONE. Free college or at least forgiveness of dept. Even if you can afford it. No increase in taxes for anyone making less than 450K. Get an electric car. Hang the cost. Buy solar panels and quit buying gas powered vehicles. I guess that's so India and China can keep on keeping on. No rule of thumb there. Can the madness stop? Not on your life. Just keep spending. Everything will work itself out. After all, the world is round, there is no bogeyman and the sun will come up tomorrow. One burning question? Will the poor house show up on our GPS or will Washington give us directions on the 6'O clock news? The answer is ALL of the above.
